Sets the read-write 24-hour sliding-window threshold for G.832 BIP-8 Coding Violations on an E3 interface, checked every 15 minutes, that triggers a statistical alarm; not meaningful for G.751-framed E3 (FRSM-VHS) or CESM-T3/E3.
