What is civrTopologyMisConfigReason?

This enumerated value names why IVR detected a fabric topology mis-configuration, currently distinguishing only a generic 'unknown' cause from 'afidMismatch,' a mismatch in the Autonomous Fabric ID used to keep separately-administered fabrics from colliding when merged for IVR-NAT. An admin cares because afidMismatch points to a specific, fixable cause — one fabric's AFID doesn't match what the other side of the IVR topology expects — that will silently block inter-VSAN routing until corrected. For example, merging two SAN fabrics for IVR where one was left at AFID 1 and the other expects AFID 2 will surface as afidMismatch(2) here rather than a clean topology.
