What is cpwVcMplsInboundRowStatus?

This is the RowStatus control for provisioning the inbound-direction MPLS mapping entry for this pseudowire, following the standard create/activate/destroy convention, independent of the outbound row's lifecycle. Provisioning systems use it to atomically commit the inbound tunnel or interface bindings for a VC once all the relevant index fields have been populated, avoiding a half-configured inbound state being visible mid-provisioning. Setting this to destroy removes only the inbound MPLS mapping, which could leave a pseudowire able to transmit but unable to receive until a new inbound entry is created.
