What is cpwVcRowStatus?

This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control column used to create, activate, or remove a pseudowire entry in the cpwVcTable via SNMP SET operations, following the usual createAndGo/createAndWait/active/destroy state machine. Provisioning systems that spin up pseudowires programmatically rely on this object to instantiate a new VC row and then flip it to active once the label, name, and other columns are populated. Setting this to destroy(6) on a live VC will tear down that specific pseudowire, which is the mechanism a management system uses to decommission a customer circuit remotely.
