Reports the minimum observed delta (change between polling intervals) in the count of large Ethernet frames greater than 1518 bytes on a Firepower adaptor port, when per-size breakdown is not used. This helps identify the smallest rate of jumbo/oversized frame traffic seen on the port over time.
