What is cfcFeatureSetNotifEnable?

This flag controls whether the device generates an SNMP notification whenever this feature set's status changes. Enabling this lets an NMS learn about a feature set being enabled, disabled, or failing without having to continuously poll cfcFeatureSetOpStatus, which matters for catching an unexpected feature-set state change, like FCoE unexpectedly going down, promptly rather than only discovering it on the next scheduled poll. With this set to true on the fcoe feature set, an admin would get an immediate trap if FCoE support unexpectedly transitioned to a disabled or failed state, rather than only finding out during a routine daily poll hours later.
