What is cfcFeatureCtrlOpStatusReason2?
This gives a text explanation for why a specific feature instance under the 2 series is in its current operating status, again noting the cause could be something other than a deliberate user action. Scoped per-instance, this lets an admin get an instance-specific root cause, say one FEX unit disabled due to a hardware fault while a sibling instance is disabled simply because nobody enabled it yet, rather than one ambiguous shared explanation. FEX instance 101 might show this field reading 'Module removed' while instance 102 on the same device shows 'Not yet configured', each explanation specific to that one instance's actual situation.
