Module: CISCO-FEATURE-CONTROL-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-FEATURE-CONTROL-MIB::cfcFeatureCtrlLastAction2

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.377.1.1.2.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: The last action triggered for the feature. If no action has been triggered for the feature since the last reboot of the sytem, then retrieving the value of this object via SNMP will return 'noOp'.

What is cfcFeatureCtrlLastAction2?

This reports the last enable/disable action triggered for a specific instance of a multi-instance-capable feature, reading noOp if nothing has been triggered since the last reboot -- the same behavior as the original cfcFeatureCtrlLastAction but scoped to a particular instance via the accompanying tag. Because multiple instances of the same feature type can each have their own independent action history under this 2 series, an admin needs to check the specific table row for the instance in question rather than assuming one feature-wide history applies to all instances. Two separate FEX instances on the same device could show different values here, one enable and another still noOp, reflecting that each instance's action history is tracked independently.
