Description: The configuration status of this member entry.
A row in the ceRedunMbrConfigTable may not be created, deleted, or set to notInService if the associated ceRedunGroupRowStatus object is equal to active. However, if the ceRedunGroupRowStatus object is equal to notInService, a row may be created, deleted or modified. In other words, a member may not be added, deleted or modified if the including group is active.
