This counter tracks the total number of query-reply packets received from all neighbors in this autonomous system, in response to queries this router sent out. This is the counterpart to cEigrpQueriesSent; every query sent should eventually get a reply back, and a persistent shortfall in received replies relative to sent queries is exactly the condition that leads to a route going stuck-in-active, since the router keeps waiting for replies that never arrive. If sent queries are climbing but received replies stay flat, an admin should expect cEigrpStuckInActive to start showing true for the affected routes, since the router isn't getting the replies it needs to complete its search for an alternate path.
