This counter tracks payload decrypt requests received by the accelerators from a specific security protocol, counted since the last reboot. This is the receive-side counterpart to ccaProtPktEncryptsReqs for the same protocol, and an admin comparing the two per protocol can spot a protocol whose inbound and outbound crypto load is unexpectedly asymmetric. For the IPsec protocol row, an admin would generally expect decrypt and encrypt request counts to track closely for a bidirectional site-to-site tunnel, and a large imbalance would suggest one direction of traffic dominates unexpectedly.
