The value is cumulative from last reboot of the managed entity.
What is ccaGlobalOutPkts?
This counter tracks the total number of packets output by all crypto accelerators combined, since the last reboot. The gap between this and ccaGlobalInPkts, if any, would flag packets being dropped or coalesced during crypto processing rather than passed straight through, which is otherwise not obvious from throughput figures alone. If this counter consistently lags ccaGlobalInPkts by a small but steady margin, that gap is worth checking against ccaGlobalOutErrPkts for accelerator-side drops.
