Description: The number of packets input to this module which required RSA encryption, counted since the last time this module assumed 'active' status.

What is ccaAcclRSAEncryptPkts?

This counter tracks packets input to this module requiring RSA encryption specifically, as opposed to symmetric encryption, counted since the module last became active. RSA encryption is computationally expensive relative to symmetric ciphers and is typically used only for small amounts of data like key exchange material, so an admin seeing meaningful ongoing traffic here rather than a brief burst would want to confirm RSA isn't being misapplied to bulk data instead of a faster symmetric cipher. A properly configured IKE and IPsec setup would show this counter incrementing only during session and key setup, not scaling with the bulk data volume seen in ccaAcclEncryptPkts.
