This counter tracks the octet volume input to this module requiring RSA decryption, counted since the module last became active. As with its RSA-encrypt counterpart, this should track proportionally with RSA decrypt packet count and stay small relative to symmetric-decryption volume, since RSA is reserved for key material rather than payload data. If this counter's average bytes-per-packet looks unusually large for typical RSA key exchange sizes, that would prompt an admin to check whether unusually large certificates or key sizes are in use.
