What is casfTrafficDescrCIR?

This read-create value holds the Committed Information Rate, in bits per second, for this frame-relay traffic descriptor. CIR is the guaranteed throughput this descriptor commits to for a PVC riding an ATM/frame-relay interworking connection, so lowering it doesn't cut a customer off, it just narrows the bandwidth the network promises to deliver even under congestion, with anything above that rate deferred to the connection's excess-burst handling. A frame-relay circuit sold as '512 Kbps CIR' would have this object set to 512000.
