OID (symbolic): CISCO-ATM-SWITCH-FR-IWF-MIB::casfConfIfUpcIntent

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.112.1.3.2.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Specifies the default Usage Parameter Control (UPC) action to use at this interface for connections that do not explicitly specify a UPC action.

What is casfConfIfUpcIntent?

This read-write object sets the default Usage Parameter Control action, pass, tagDrop, tag, or drop, applied at this interface for connections that don't explicitly specify their own UPC action. It's an interface-wide fallback, so changing it only affects connections relying on that default, not VCs that already have their own explicit casfVcEndptUpcMode configured. Setting this to drop makes every new connection on the interface policed strictly by default, unless a particular VC endpoint is separately configured with its own, more lenient mode.
