What is casfConfIfBcDefault?
This read-write value, in bits, sets the default Committed Burst Size applied at this interface for connections that don't specify their own Bc. Like the UPC-intent default, this is an interface-level fallback that changes the burst tolerance only for future connections relying on the default, leaving connections with their own explicit Bc untouched. Setting this to 4000 bits gives newly provisioned PVCs on this interface a modest default burst allowance unless their own traffic descriptor row specifies otherwise.
