This read-only object reports the ATM address that identifies this interface, an address that can be used to set up soft VCs to this interface over an ATM network. It's effectively this interface's phone number on the ATM signaling network, the value another switch would put into its own casfVcEndptSpvcRemoteAddr when building a soft VC to this port, and it's assigned by the agent rather than the operator. An admin at a remote switch configuring a soft VC destined for this interface would copy this exact address value into that remote switch's casfVcEndptSpvcRemoteAddr.
