What is cagwUserGrpCoaSuccessNotifsSent?
This counts Change of Authorization success notifications sent for one specific user group, confirming how many of that group's authorization-change requests were actually applied. Comparing it against cagwUserGrpCoaReqRecv for the same group isolates which subscriber tier, if any, is failing to receive its intended policy change, information the gateway-wide totals would hide. If a 'premium' group's upgrade rollout shows 200 requests but only 150 successes, 50 premium subscribers didn't actually get upgraded QoS.
