What is cagwDownlinkPktDropUsrgrpAclDeny?
This counts downlink packets dropped because a user-group ACL denied them, the inbound counterpart to the uplink version, blocking traffic arriving toward devices in a restricted group. It climbs when external hosts try to reach devices in that group over a port or protocol the group's policy denies. An inbound SIP call attempt to a device in a group where VoIP is disallowed would be dropped and counted here.
