This read-only field reports the port number on the second endpoint's slot where the circuit failure was detected, the far-end counterpart to circuitFailLocPort1. Together with circuitFailLocSlot2, it gives an admin the exact physical port to inspect on the remote end of the circuit, which may require dispatching a different technician or opening a ticket with a different site than the near-end coordinates would. For example, slot 8 port 12 on the far-end chassis pinpoints exactly which remote port's optics or cabling need to be checked.
