What is cigDhcpServersNotificationIpAddr?

This object carries the IP address involved in whatever DHCP/BOOTP event triggered an SNMP notification (trap) from this server, and it defaults to 0.0.0.0 when no event data is populated. Being accessible-for-notify rather than readable on its own means this field only has meaningful content as part of a trap payload -- for example, telling an admin which specific address was involved in a decline or conflict event. If a notification fires reporting a duplicate address, this object tells the admin exactly which allocated address (e.g., 192.168.1.50) was in conflict, without needing to poll the whole lease table.
