What is cigDhcpClientsRequestLeaseTime?

This is the lease duration, in seconds, that this interface's DHCP client will explicitly request from the server via DHCP option 51, with a value of 0 meaning the client won't send that option at all and will simply accept whatever lease time the server offers by default. An admin wanting a shorter lease time to more quickly reclaim an address if the device goes offline, or a longer one to reduce renewal traffic, would set a specific nonzero value here rather than leaving it at the default of not requesting a lease time at all. For example, setting this to 3600 would request a one-hour lease, causing the device to renew far more frequently than if it accepted a multi-day default lease from the server.
