What is cienaCesVlliInstanceGroupTrigger?

This determines whether this VLLI group's recovery action fires as soon as any single monitored source within the group reports a fault, or only once all sources in the group simultaneously report the same fault state, directly controlling how sensitive versus conservative the group's failover behavior is. An admin protecting against a single point of failure would set this to any so one failed source is enough to trigger action, while an admin trying to avoid unnecessary failovers from a single flaky source would set this to all. For example, a group with several redundant links monitored together and trigger set to all would only fail over once every single one of those links has actually failed, avoiding a premature failover triggered by just one intermittent link.
