Description: User configured timer for a timing reference source to wait before transitioning from bad to good clock signal.

What is cienaCesSyncWaitToRestoreTimer?

This object reports the configured wait-to-restore delay, in seconds, that a timing reference source must remain stable and good before the system will consider switching back to it, which exists specifically to prevent rapid, disruptive reference flapping when a marginal link keeps toggling between good and bad. An admin seeing frequent brief reference switches despite this timer being configured with a reasonable value, commonly 300 seconds in telecom timing systems, might investigate whether the underlying reference is unstable for longer than the timer accounts for. For example, a value of 300 here means a reference flagged bad must show a clean signal continuously for 5 minutes before the system will switch back to it.
