This object is explicitly marked deprecated in its own description, with a newer refresh-slew-denominator object in this same table now providing this information instead. An admin or monitoring tool still reading this legacy object rather than its replacement risks working from a value the vendor no longer guarantees is maintained going forward, so any scripts or dashboards referencing this OID by name should be migrated to the newer object. For example, a long-running monitoring dashboard built years ago against this OID should be updated to poll the newer refresh-slew-denominator object instead, since future firmware versions may stop populating this deprecated object meaningfully.
