What is cienaCesRadiusUserLoginMalformedResponses?

As with the base client table, a nonzero count here on the login-authentication server specifically, excluding bad-authenticator issues which are tracked separately, points toward packet corruption or fragmentation on the path used for administrative logins. That's a network-layer problem the admin should chase rather than assume it's a credentials issue. For example, malformed responses appearing only on this login server, right after a change to the management-network's MTU settings, would point at fragmentation on that specific path.
