Description: The number of authentication timeouts to this server. After a timeout the client may retry sending to the same server, send to a different server, or give up. A retry to the same server is counted as a retransmit as well as a timeout. A send to a different server is counted as a request as well as a timeout.

What is cienaCesRadiusUserLoginAcctTimeouts?

Because accounting timeouts don't block anyone from logging in, an admin can generally treat a rise in this counter as lower-urgency than the equivalent counter on the authentication table, worth fixing to preserve a complete audit trail but not the kind of emergency that a spike in login-authentication timeouts would represent. For example, this counter climbing overnight with no user complaints the next morning is consistent with an accounting-only outage that never actually affected anyone's ability to access the device.
