This RowStatus object is how a management station creates, activates, or disables an entry in the RADIUS login-accounting server table; setting it to createAndGo(4) along with the server address instantiates a new row that starts out administratively disabled. Because the row starts disabled by default, an admin who only creates the row and forgets to flip this object to active(1) will find the newly configured RADIUS accounting server silently never used, even though it appears in the table. For example, an admin provisioning a new accounting server at 10.0.5.20 would set the address object to that IP, this object to createAndGo(4), then issue a second SNMP set to active(1) before login accounting records actually start flowing to it.
