Description: Setting this object administratively enables/disables the RADIUS user login accounting client on the device.

What is cienaCesRadiusUserLoginAcctAdminState?

This is the master switch specifically for RADIUS accounting of user login sessions, distinct from and independent of the authentication admin state. Disabling it stops the device from sending session accounting records, such as who logged in and for how long, to the accounting server, without in any way affecting whether users can actually log in, since that's governed by the separate authentication admin state. For example, disabling this while leaving the authentication admin state enabled would mean logins keep working normally, but the device stops generating any accounting trail of who logged in and for how long.
