What is cienaCesRadiusDot1xAuthRoundTripTime?

This TimeTicks value is the measured round-trip latency, in hundredths of a second, between the last Access-Request the switch sent to this server and the matching Access-Reply or Access-Challenge it got back. A sudden rise in this value for one particular server, while others stay low, points an admin at network path or server-load problems specific to that server rather than a client-side or config issue that would affect all servers equally. For example, a healthy on-site server might show a round-trip time around 50 (0.5 seconds), while a value spiking to 2500 (25 seconds) would explain slow 802.1X logins against that server just before it starts timing out.
