What is cienaCesRadiusDot1xAuthClearStatistics?

Setting this object to true resets the accumulated RADIUS statistics counters (requests, retransmissions, accepts, rejects, timeouts, and so on) for this specific 802.1X authentication server entry. This is useful right after a config change to a RADIUS server, such as swapping the shared secret or IP, because it lets an admin zero out stale counters so any subsequent errors observed clearly belong to the new configuration rather than being mixed in with historical noise. For example, after fixing a mismatched shared secret that had driven the bad-authenticators counter up to 200, an admin would set this to true so that counter restarts at 0 and any recurrence is immediately visible.
