This RowStatus object creates and administratively enables or disables this 802.1X accounting server entry, following the same createAndGo/active/notInService pattern as the authentication table. Combined with the accounting-client-wide AdminState switch, there are two independent levels an admin must check when accounting data isn't flowing: this per-server status and the global accounting admin state, either of which alone can silence a server. For example, a server row set to active(1) here will still send no accounting records if the accounting AdminState is disabled(1) at the client level, a common troubleshooting trap.
