What is cienaCesRadiusDot1xAcctRetries?

This defines how many times the switch retransmits an unacknowledged accounting record to this server before giving up on that particular record. Since accounting data, unlike a failed login, has no user-visible retry path once retries are exhausted, a low value here on an unreliable network link translates directly into gaps in the session-accounting trail rather than a visible failure an admin would notice in real time. For example, with this set to 1, a single dropped UDP packet during a brief network hiccup is enough to permanently lose a session's stop record, making total session duration impossible to reconstruct later.
