Setting this to true resets the accumulated RADIUS accounting statistics (requests, retransmissions, responses, timeouts, and so on) for this specific accounting server entry. This is useful immediately after fixing a misconfiguration on the accounting path, such as correcting a wrong port or secret, so any further errors are cleanly attributable to whatever is still wrong rather than mixed in with the old failure history. For example, after correcting an accounting server's port from a typo'd 1812 to the correct 1813, an admin would set this to true so the timeouts counter resets to 0 and any continued timeouts point clearly at a remaining problem.
