Description: Path severely errored seconds.

What is cienaCesPmTdmPwTotalStatisticsBinSesp?

This Counter64 counts severely errored seconds at the physical TDM path layer underlying this pseudowire — the higher-severity, path-layer counterpart to Esp. Because this is the cumulative TdmPwTotalStatistics counter for the pseudowire, tallied since the bin's own start time rather than being reset every short collection interval, Sesp crossing from zero to a nonzero value on the TDM path is the kind of event that typically precedes a full Uasp (path unavailable seconds) count if the underlying physical issue isn't addressed. For example, seeing Sesp increment for the first time in months on an otherwise stable TDM circuit would justify an immediate physical-layer check (signal levels, connectors) before the fault worsens into an outage.
