What is cienaCesPmTdmPwTotalStatisticsBinReorder?

This Counter64 counts packets for this pseudowire that arrived out of sequence but were successfully put back into the correct order by the receiving jitter buffer before playback. Because this is the cumulative TdmPwTotalStatistics counter for the pseudowire, tallied since the bin's own start time rather than being reset every short collection interval, a nonzero Reorder count shows the packet network is delivering packets out of order — the pseudowire recovered this time, but that same instability, if it worsens, is what eventually produces the Missorder and Underrun events that do cause visible circuit errors. For example, this counter creeping upward after a routing change in the packet core, even with Missorder staying at zero, is an early sign that the new path introduces more reordering than the previous one, worth investigating before it gets worse.
