Description: Number of packets that cannot be reordered or dropped.

What is cienaCesPmTdmPwTotalStatisticsBinMissorder?

This Counter64 counts packets for this pseudowire that arrived so far out of sequence that the reorder buffer could not place them back in order, so they had to be dropped instead. Because this is the cumulative TdmPwTotalStatistics counter for the pseudowire, tallied since the bin's own start time rather than being reset every short collection interval, every increment here is packet loss that actually reaches the TDM playout stage — unlike Reorder events, Missorder events directly cause bit errors or muting on the emulated TDM circuit. For example, a jump in Missorder right after Reorder has also been climbing for several bins in a row indicates the reordering problem in the packet path has now outgrown the pseudowire's jitter-buffer depth and needs that buffer resized or the network path fixed.
