What is cienaCesPmTdmPwTotalStatisticsBinLops?

This Counter64 counts loss-of-packet-synchronization (LOPS) events for this pseudowire — occurrences where the receiving end lost frame/sequence synchronization with the incoming packet stream. Because this is the cumulative TdmPwTotalStatistics counter for the pseudowire, tallied since the bin's own start time rather than being reset every short collection interval, an LOPS event is more severe than an ordinary Missorder event since the receiver briefly cannot make sense of the incoming stream at all, typically forcing a resynchronization that itself causes a burst of TDM errors. For example, an LOPS event coinciding with a brief packet-network outage (a fiber cut that self-heals in under a second) would explain a short burst of TDM errors that clears itself once synchronization is reacquired.
