What is cienaCesPmTdmPwStatisticsBinCvp?

This Counter64 counts path code-violation (CV) events detected on the TDM circuit carried by this pseudowire — bit or framing errors caught by the line code (such as B8ZS or HDB3) on the TDM interface feeding the PW. Because this is the live, currently-accumulating count for the pseudowire's TDM path layer in the present measurement interval, a rising CV count points to a physical-layer problem on the TDM side of the circuit emulation (bad cabling, clocking drift, or a failing line card) rather than a problem in the packet network carrying the pseudowire. For example, seeing this counter jump from a handful of violations to several hundred within the current measurement interval on one T1/E1 circuit, while a neighboring pseudowire on the same card stays clean, would point suspicion at that specific TDM port or cable rather than the packet transport.
