What is cienaCesPmTdmPwCurr24HBinReorder?

This counts PW packets that arrived out of sequence but were successfully put back into correct order by the receive-side jitter buffer before being replayed onto the TDM circuit. A high Reorder count on this pseudowire without a matching rise in Missorder or dropped traffic shows the jitter buffer is absorbing packet reordering from the underlying network, so the emulated circuit stays clean even though the network path clearly isn't delivering packets in strict order -- and this specific object covers the current, still-open 24-hour interval -- the earliest daily-scale warning available before the full day's history bin closes. For example, so far in the current, still-running 24-hour interval, this pseudowire might show this counter at 250 -- a concrete count the admin can trend against neighboring bins to judge whether the condition it reflects is worsening.
