What is cienaCesPmTdmPwCurr24HBinMissorder?

This counts PW packets that arrived so far out of sequence that the receive buffer could not reorder them and had to discard them. Unlike Reorder, Missorder on this pseudowire represents packets effectively lost from the TDM playback's point of view, so a rising Missorder count means the jitter buffer depth configured for this service is too shallow for the reordering/delay variation the network is actually producing -- and this specific object covers the current, still-open 24-hour interval -- the earliest daily-scale warning available before the full day's history bin closes. For example, so far in the current, still-running 24-hour interval, this pseudowire might show this counter at 20 -- a concrete count the admin can trend against neighboring bins to judge whether the condition it reflects is worsening.
