What is cienaCesPmTdmPwCurr24HBinLbit?

This counts occurrences of the CESoP control-word L-bit being set on packets received over this pseudowire, which per RFC 4553 signals that the local TDM interface at the sending end has a fault (e.g. loss of the incoming TDM signal). Seeing the L-bit set on this PW tells the admin the problem originates at the far-end TDM attachment circuit itself, not in the packet network or at this local device, which redirects troubleshooting to the remote site's T1/E1 line -- and this specific object covers the current, still-open 24-hour interval -- the earliest daily-scale warning available before the full day's history bin closes. For example, so far in the current, still-running 24-hour interval, this pseudowire might show this counter at 15 -- a concrete count the admin can trend against neighboring bins to judge whether the condition it reflects is worsening.
