Setting this PmTcaIntProfCfgAttrs bitmap, per its DESCRIPTION, unsets the named configuration attributes it identifies, which disables whichever TCA sub-feature depends on that attribute, and the change propagates to every PM instance currently associated with this interval profile; it can only be set on a row that already exists. This is the mechanism for turning off, say, just the Overflow detection on a profile without touching its Adjustment or Alert settings, and because the effect is profile-wide rather than per-instance, one SET here silently changes behavior on every port using that profile, which is worth remembering before reusing a shared profile across many circuits. For example, setting the bit corresponding to overflowThreshold on a profile shared by twenty DS3 ports disables overflow-triggered TCAs on all twenty simultaneously, not just the one port an operator may have had in mind.
