This Unsigned32 (0..2,147,483,647), read-create, is the field on a PM instance that actually attaches it to a row in cienaCesPmIntervalProfileTable by matching cienaCesPmIntervalProfileIndex, per its DESCRIPTION; a value of zero means the instance is not associated with any profile and does not participate in PM Threshold features at all. This is the single SET that turns TCA monitoring on or off for one specific port: every threshold, interval, and watermark object described elsewhere in this MIB is inert for a PM instance until this object is pointed at a real profile, so an admin auditing why a circuit never generates TCAs should check this field before suspecting the thresholds themselves. For example, changing this from 0 to 3 on a given DS3 PM instance immediately makes that circuit start being evaluated against whatever Adjustment/Overflow/Underflow/Alert settings exist in profile index 3, with no other configuration required.
