What is cienaCesPmFloodContainerCurr24HBinEndTime?

This is a text timestamp giving the scheduled boundary at which the rolling 24-hour bucket for the current day, still accumulating until the day boundary rolls it into history is due to close and roll into history, even though the bin has not reached that point yet. On this element it tells you how much longer the still-filling flood-containment drop counts in this bin have left to accumulate before they become a finalized historical entry, which matters if you're judging whether a reading you just took is close to final or will keep climbing. For example, if the current time on the switch is already past this scheduled end time, that itself is the signal worth investigating -- a stuck PM scheduler, not an unusually high flood-containment drop count -- since a healthy Curr24H bin should roll over right on schedule.
