Description: Collection start time of the bin.

What is cienaCesPmEgressQueueCurr24HBinStartTime?

This object holds the timestamp marking when this collection bin began accumulating counters, as stated in the MIB description. Because this bin belongs to the Curr24H table (the running 24-hour bin that is still in progress for the current day, so the value keeps climbing until that calendar day's window ends), this timestamp for this specific egress queue on the port lets an admin work out exactly which wall-clock period the byte/frame/error totals in that same bin cover, rather than assuming it lines up with the device's current time. For example, a value of 2026-02-28 09:00:00 tells the admin the counters in this bin started accumulating at 9 AM on that date, which they can line up against a trouble ticket timestamp to confirm the bin actually covers the incident window.
