What is cienaCesPmBasicTxRxHist24HBinBasicRxAcceptedBytes?

This read-only Counter64 counts bytes received on this Carrier Ethernet PM instance that the switch accepted — bytes that passed ingress classification and policing rather than being dropped or re-marked. Admins read it alongside the Yellow and Dropped byte counters on the same flow point to see what fraction of offered load is within its committed profile and actually getting forwarded; because it is drawn from the most recently completed 24-hour bin, frozen once the day rolled over, it is frozen and safe to use for day-over-day comparison, since no further traffic will ever be added to it. On a 1 Gbps UNI feeding a business Ethernet Private Line, this might read 1,060,000 bytes over yesterday's completed 24-hour window — a number an admin would divide by the bin length to sanity-check it against the port's 1,000,000,000-bps ceiling.
