What is cienaCesPmAlertTcaLastTcaWatermarkValue?
This is the actual measured reading, frozen at the moment of the last alert, that exceeded the boundary. Comparing it to the boundary value from the same event tells the admin by exactly how much the circuit overshot during that specific historical incident. For example, a watermark of 850000000 against a boundary of 800000000 shows the last alert exceeded its trigger point by about 6%.
