What is cienaCesPmAlertTcaLastTcaThresholdValue?
Since interval profiles can be re-tuned over time, this frozen number preserves the exact sensitivity setting that was active when the last real alert fired, letting the admin judge whether that alert would still trigger under today's possibly loosened or tightened configuration. For example, a preserved value of 90 (percent) versus today's configured 95% would mean the alarm has since been made less sensitive.
